Project Engineer
RFI/Construction/Apartment
Responsibilities
Act as a liaison and coordinate between the Owners, Architects, Engineers, consultants, inspectors, and Sub-Contractors.
Maintain, manage, and write RFI, Submittal, Quality Assurance/Control, and scheduling systems.
Participate and produce effective project team meetings by documenting issues and solutions that come up, developing and critical action items list.
May have to clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards along with occasionally lifting 25-75 pounds.
Maintain and review responses from designers, consultants and determine the validity of the proper coordination of the RFI Logs, Permit Logs, Plan Index, Inspection reports etc.)
Monitor and document job progress and job site Safety and Accident Prevention.
