Responsibilities
Reviews and coordinates Project Submittals and Requests for Information.
Prepares Owner & Subcontractor Change Orders and bidding instructions
Negotiates change proposal pricing from subcontractors
Reviews project close out requirements
Assists with estimating responsibilities
Participates in project coordination meetings
Maintains As-Built drawings
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or other related field
Minimum of 0-1+ years experience in Project Engineering
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including: Excel, Word, Project and Outlook
Ability to read/interpret plans
Experience working with Bluebeam Software a plus
Experience with Primavera Project Management & Scheduling Software (Expedition) a plus
Field experience a plus
